The process is simple and straightforward and very affordable. We can handle transactions for the state of PA in-house and issue all required registration, titling documents and physical license plates. For out-of-state titling services, registration and permanent plates, we utilize highly regarded 3rd party 50-state titling service provider. RV Leaders will provide a 60-day transit plate at the time of the transaction so the unit may be freely transported and the remaining documentation and permanent license plates for your state of residence will be FedEx to you in approximately 3-6 weeks (no visits to the DMV required).
The out-of-state fee schedule is determined by the state of residence with additional PA fees being a total of $525 (PA Notary fee, PA Regulated Doc fee and 60-day transit plate). Financing is also straightforward. We have access to 18 national RV lenders to guarantee you the best rates and terms. The application process is directly through a secure website and the approval process usually only takes an hour or less. The loan set up fee is $495 or 1.85% of the contract amount financed, whichever is greater. We can generally complete the transaction in under 24 hours and either schedule the buyer/seller to come and see us to close or FedEx out all the appropriate paperwork to the involved parties.
- The RV being sold has a lien/loan on it that must be satisfied before the title is available to complete the sale.
